Win a Tesla – Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is AFW Property Group Pty Ltd ABN 36 674 115 596 trading as Ray White Coomera, Ray White Upper Coomera, Ray White Pimpama, located at 2/2 Fortune Street, Coomera QLD 4209, 07 5621 1507 (the “Promoter”).

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our privacy policy https://www.raywhite.com/contact/privacy-policy
2. Entry is only open to residents aged 18 years or over and hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
3. The following people are not eligible to enter this promotion:
   a. management, employees and directors of the Promoter, its related entities and other agencies.
   b. a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in clause 3(a);
   c. persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a promotion previously run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and
   d. persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion previously run by or on behalf of the Promoter.
4. The prize to be won in this promotion is as follows:
   a. One (1) Tesla Model 3 2024, which includes:
   – Compulsory Third-Party Insurance
   – QLD 12-month registration
   – Stamp duty
   – Plate fee
   b. The Tesla model 3 will be supplied by the Tesla dealership located in Southport, Queensland (“Dealer”) and the winner must be able to collect the car from this dealership.
   c. The winner may be required to communicate with the Dealer directly to finalise all details of the transfer and registration of the Tesla model 3 2024 (including the collection of the car)
   d. The promoter and affiliated parties do not hold any liability for delays from the dealership, including but not limited to, the delivery of the car, based upon stock availability.
   e. The car is subject to terms, conditions and warranties imposed by the Dealer. Additional insurance (including but not limited to ‘comprehensive insurance’), optional extras, Tesla charger and all other ancillary costs are not included with the car and are the responsibility of the winner. The colour of the car is based on stock availability.
   f. The promoter does not make any representation about the nature, suitability, specifications (technical or otherwise), quality and features of the car.
   g. The promoter will not be liable for any storage costs incurred due to the car not being collected and any charges incurred will be at the expense of the winner.
5. The vehicle shown in any advertisement for the promotion is for illustrative purposes only and specifications may differ to the prize vehicle.
6. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or any other prizes.
7. Promotion commences at 12.00pm (AEST) on 07/04/2024 and ends at 12:01am (AEST) on 30/06/2024 (Promotional Period).
8. To enter the competition, individuals can:
   a. Fill out the entry form

   c. By participating in any of the above, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
9. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
10. The prize draw will be taken place via live stream on our Raywhite.coomera Instagram page on 30^th June 2024 at 4pm (AEST)
11. All competition entries become the property and copyright of the Promoter. By entering this promotion, entrants assign copyright in their entry to the Promoter.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Prize winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry. In the event that an ineligible entry is drawn, or the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within fourteen (14) days of first attempting to notify the winner, having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter may deem that winner’s entry invalid and select a new winner on the same terms as the original Prize draw at 4pm on 30^th June 2024, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
16. If the car is not collected and/or the winner is uncontactable within thirty (30) days of the car becoming available for collection, after having made reasonable attempts to do so, the Promoter may deem that winner’s entry invalid and select a new winner on the same terms as the original Prize draw at 4pm on 30^th June 2024, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
17. If a winner cannot accept or take part in the Prize, at any stage, for any reason, that winner’s Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable. The promoter then reserves the right to redraw under the same terms and conditions.
18. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any services supplied by the Promoter.
